  • Booking and invoice records: 6 years (HMRC requirement)
  • Customer enquiries that did not become bookings: 12 months
  • Analytics data: 14 months (default GA4 retention)
  • Marketing consents: until withdrawn or 3 years of inactivity, whichever is sooner
