Really happy with the service. Feisal arrived on time, was polite and professional, and installed the boiler quickly and efficiently without rushing the job. How we ask, and how we handle complaints.
After every paid job, we ask the customer for honest feedback. First informally on the door, then again via a follow-up text 24 hours later with a one-tap review link. We don't gate, filter, or selectively delete reviews. The spread you see on Google is the spread we get from the public.
