CCTV drain surveys across London
Specialist CCTV drain surveys as part of our 24/7 drainage service. Same fixed pricing, same 30 to 60 minute target response, same 12-month guarantee.
A CCTV drain survey is the only definitive way to assess the internal condition of underground drainage. We use push-rod cameras for runs up to 30m (typical residential), and self-propelled crawler cameras for runs up to 200m (commercial and large residential). Full-colour HD video is recorded throughout, with sondes and locators establishing depth and routing.
Every survey produces a WRc-coded defect list, the British Water industry standard classification used by insurers, conveyancers, building-control officers and water authorities. The report includes location-mapped defects, severity ratings (1,5), root-cause analysis and recommended remediation.
