What we do, end to end
Old hob isolated and removed. New unit sized, sealed to the worktop, hardline or bayonet connection, tightness test, and commissioning record. Where the existing pipework needs upgrading we quote that on the same visit before proceeding.
When to book us
New hob delivered, old one in place
Single visit: remove the old, install and commission the new.
Upgrading from electric to gas
We add the gas pipework run if the supply isn't already in place.
Switching from gas to induction (electrical)
We safely cap and label the gas supply for future use.
Cracked hob glass
Replacement and re-commission. Pre-existing pipework is tested before re-connection.
What it costs (indicative)
Most hob installs complete inside the one-hour minimum labour charge plus parts. Full pricing.
