Dartford's drainage picture is shaped by two distinct property generations sitting side by side. In central DA1 and along the Wilmington and Bean corridors, clay-jointed drain runs from the 1930s and earlier are the norm – liable to root ingress from mature gardens, to joint displacement on the chalk sub-base, and to sustained grease accumulation where kitchen extensions have been added over the decades. In Greenhithe and the riverside DA2 zone, shared drainage risers within converted industrial blocks carry high-occupancy loads that original pipework was never designed to sustain.

Our approach begins with a full CCTV survey, pushed through every accessible run and chamber before any other work is specified. Where blockage is confirmed, high-pressure water jetting clears the line and a second-pass camera records the result. Structural defects – cracked joints, root intrusion, displaced sections – are addressed without excavation wherever access and pipe diameter allow, using no-dig CIPP resin relining that restores full bore and flow capacity.
