Gas Safety & CP12 in Sutton

Regulation 36 of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (GSIUR 1998) places the annual inspection duty on the landlord. The Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12 or LGSR) is issued within 28 days of the inspection, and the tenant receives their copy inside the same 28-day window.
