Tall commercial buildings and multi-floor estates can't rely on mains pressure alone. Pressure-boosting sets keep upper-floor taps and showers usable, sprinkler tanks topped up, and CWST levels stable. We service, repair and certify Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara and Salmson units across London.
What we service, end to end
Pump performance test against the duty curve. Pressure transducer calibration. Variable-speed-drive inspection and firmware update. Diaphragm and pressure-vessel check. Anti-vibration mount and pipework inspection. Per-pump test record + signed-off service certificate.
When pressure-boosting service matters
Annual planned service
Manufacturer warranty + insurance underwriting both typically require evidence of an annual service. We schedule + remind.
Pressure complaints from upper floors
Tenants reporting weak flow at the top of the building. We diagnose pump-side vs. distribution-side faults.
After a power outage or surge
VSD trip lockouts and pressure-transducer drift are common after outages. We reset, calibrate and re-commission.
Acquiring or handing over a building
Baseline performance test plus condition report for the schedule of condition file. Cuts dispute risk on dilapidations.

Fixed-price per pumpset based on duty rating. Annual or quarterly contract pricing available for multi-pump portfolios. Replacement parts at trade cost plus 30% markup, fully itemised. Full pricing.
