What does a commercial maintenance contract cover?
Plumbing, heating, drainage and gas-safety work across the site. Reactive callouts, planned PPM inspections, and compliance certificates. We don't cover electrics, HVAC or roofing.
How fast is the SLA on a commercial contract?
Standard SLA is 30 to 60 minutes for emergencies (loss of water, loss of heat, gas leak, sewage backup) and same-day response for non-emergency reactive tickets in working hours. PPM and managed contracts get priority dispatch.
Do you cover multi-site portfolios?
Yes. Fully managed contracts come with a dedicated account manager handling dispatch, reporting and invoicing across every site. Single monthly invoice, single point of contact.
