4Hot-water failure check
Where supplied with backflow-prevented hot, hot-only failure verified. -
5Mechanical service
Strainer cleaned, cartridge serviced or replaced as needed. -
6Certificate issued
Annual TMV compliance certificate per BuildCert TMV3 standard. -
7Asset register update
