A leak on the mains supply pipe between the Thames Water boundary box and your internal stop-tap is your responsibility, not theirs. We trace and repair it, usually without trenching the whole front garden.

Acoustic and tracer-gas detection on the buried supply run, targeted excavation only where confirmed, like-for-like repair in MDPE or copper, and reinstatement of the surface above. We coordinate with Thames Water if the leak is on their side of the boundary box so you don't pay for their fix.

Detection is billed per 30 minutes at the labour rate for the time of day. Excavation and repair are quoted as a fixed-price job after detection. Most insurers cover detection + reinstatement under trace-and-access. Full pricing.
