Gas Safety & CP12 in Camden

The inspection covers visual condition of each appliance, working pressure in kPa against the manufacturer data plate, a let-by and gas tightness test using a calibrated U-tube or digital manometer, flue flow proven with smoke pellets for open-flue appliances and anemometer for room-sealed plant, and BS 5440-2 ventilation calculation for every open-flue installation.
